Unstructured Mesh Methods for the Solution of Finite Volume Problems
The 2D convection equation is selected for numerical solution on a square shaped domain containing an unstructured mesh with triangular elements. The velocity profile represents a rigid body rotation with a period of 2. The unstructured mesh is modified to study the effect of element shape on the solution.
